Deepplane facelift with deep necklift

The technique I use to achieve a balanced rejuvenation of the face and neck is to combine an extended deep plane facelift with a platysmoplasty (also known as a deep plane necklift). The results: spectacular, a natural rejuvenation without deforming our fractions.

Special considerations:

1. To be a candidate for this surgery, your Body Mass Index (BMI) must be less than 32 kg/m²
2. You must stop smoking completely 1 month before and 1 month after surgery. Tobacco abuse damages the vascular plexus of the skin and puts patients at increased risk of ischemia or skin necrosis during recovery. (see point 4)
3. Avoid Ultherapy (HIFU [high-intensity focused ultrasound]), Morpheus (Facial Radiofrequency) or another method for "non-invasive" facial rejuvenation 6 months before surgery, as these devices also damage the plexus of the skin and confer a greater risk of necrosis or ischemia to the patient during recovery.
4. Patients with these last two antecedents may require extra medications to those considered in a routine recovery, as well as extra sessions in the hyperbaric chamber not included in the initial price
